From Dec. 1, 2008 until Feb. 28, 2009 the 10-10-80 Payment Scheme Promo can be availed of in the following DMCI Homes' projects:

Dansalan Gardens
Tivoli Garden Residences (Bauhinia & Eugenia-except studio units)
Raya Garden Condominiums (all high rise buildings except studio units)
Cypress Towers (except studio units)
Rosewood Pointe (Jade-except studio units)
Details of the 10-10-80 Payment Scheme Promo are as follows:
> For RFO projects - 10% DP spread over 3 months at 0% interest
> For non-RFO projects - 10% DP spread over construction period at 0% interest
> Remaining 10% of DP spread over 12 months at 0% interest
> 80% balance will be payable in 10 years at 19% interest per annum through In-house Financing or at 9.75% through Bank Financing
